A$AP Rocky recently got candid about his fondness for stealing from his longtime partner Rihanna’s closet. During an episode of “The Run-Through with Vogue” podcast, the 36-year-old hip-hop artist touched upon his approach to fashion. Rocky, whose style has stolen the spotlight time and again, revealed he does not restrict himself to the masculinity box while dressing up. The rapper simply said, “Man, pardon my language, I do what the f— I want.”
Rocky shared that he wishes to “represent” and “be a catalyst” for “daring men.” The father of two then said, “I don’t know who drew the line between femininity, or just being feminine, and masculinity.” However, Rocky added that he doesn’t “see any barriers” for himself. Following that, the singer continued to explain how he believes it’s “not fair” that his “girl” — Rihanna — can go into his closet and “take anything from it and wear it.” He argued that it “goes both ways.”
Rocky confessed that Rihanna doesn’t know there are some items from her closet that he “actually stole.” However, he jokingly added that the “Diamonds” hitmaker is equally guilty and said, “She does it to me all the time.” Rocky then shared, “Sometimes you can see her on an interview or see a paparazzi photo like, ‘Wait. There goes my Miu Miu f—ing jacket.” He continued, “Like, what the f—? I was looking for that since 2021.”
Clearly, A$AP Rocky and Rihanna are as mesmerised by each other’s closet as they are by each other.
