Man alleges Reacher star Alan Ritchson hit him during alleged confrontation

Ronnie Taylor has accused Reacher alum Alan Ritchson of allegedly beating him during their confrontation. Taylor has come forward to tell his version of the incident after footage of Ritchson beating him went viral on the internet.

As per Taylor’s admission to TMZ, he resides in the Brentwood suburb of Nashville. He recalled that it all started on “Saturday morning” when he heard this “incessant revving” throughout the neighborhood. Taylor explained, “I’m an experienced motorcycle rider. I’ve been riding for most of my life.”

Taylor shared how Ritchson first passed through the neighborhood on Saturday. The former requested the Reacher star, “Can you slow it down please?” As per Taylor, he “didn’t know who it was” and simply saw Ritchson with two young kids, who are reportedly the actor’s children.

However, Taylor recollected that things escalated the following day, Sunday, “when I was cleaning my bike outside my house.” The Nashville resident alleged, “He rode past once, twice. The second time I walked outside in front of him and said, ‘You’ve got to stop.'” An intense confrontation ensued, and according to Taylor, Ritchson “kicked the crap out of me.”

Furthermore, sources close to Ritchson claim that Taylor “initiated and instigated” the entire altercation. The Brentwood suburb resident flipped off the actor, who returned the obscene gesture, and matters escalated from there. Moreover, as per Brentwood Police Captain Steve Pepin, they have opened an investigation, but no arrests have been made so far (The Hollywood Reporter).

Finally, Taylor expressed, “I don’t really wish the guy any malice or ill will, but we just don’t need people riding through neighborhoods like this. I just decided I’m going to take a stand because someone has to, or it’s going to end up way worse” (via Entertainment Weekly).
