News, the Dune star stood up to greet his sister as they smiled, hugged, and spoke warmly. Jenner, who was seated, simply extended her hand toward Pauline. The beauty mogul stood up briefly, hugged her boyfriend’s sister, and sat again, talking to someone at the back. Meanwhile, the Chalamet siblings posed for photos together.
Body language expert Susan Constantine exclusively spoke with Page Six to decode this seemingly awkward interaction. Constantine shared, “Kylie, while seated, was taken by surprise but showed genuine interest by making eye contact and brows raised.:
The body language expert weighed in that Pauline gave the 28-year-old “the non-verbal cold shoulder.” Constantine noted that the Royal Pains star appeared “impersonal, dismissive and disingenuous.” She described their interaction further by stating, “Pauline’s body language swiftly shifted away from Kylie… Pauline’s body language also showed hesitation before the faux hug.”
