Young Avengers’ Role in Doomsday Is Like 1 Huge Endgame Hero

A recent report suggests that the Young Avengers’ role in Avengers: Doomsday will be similar to Ant-Man’s in Endgame. Previously, another scooper suggested that the Young Avengers, including Ms. Marvel, Kate Bishop, and Cassie, would have scenes in the upcoming movie, which will show them as a team. Thus, this would set up as a Young Avengers team for future MCU projects.

Young Avengers and Ant-Man’s roles to have a big similarity in Avengers: Doomsday

According to insider Alex Perez from The Cosmic Circus, the Young Avengers will have a role similar to Ant-Man’s Avengers: Endgame one.

Perez stated in a post on X (formerly Twitter), “The YA (which features Kate Bishop as co-captain)’s role at the end of the Multiverse is equivalent to the role of Ant-Man in Endgame. (And y’all need to stop using that leaked concept art as an idea of what’s going to happen, cause it’s very different this time around).”

Previously, during a Q&A session, Perez was asked by a fan if it “is likely we get the Young Avengers assemble/partly assemble together (I’m thinking Kamala, Kate, Cassie, Riri, maybe America and then some non-YA characters supporting the team like Clint (cuz Kate connection) and Scott (Cassie connection) and have those as one of the Doomsday teams.”

To this, Alex Perez stated that there is a high possibility of this in the upcoming movie. “Yeah, that will happen,” he stated.

Additionally, according to Screenrant, in July 2025, Marvel Studios head Kevin Feige addressed whether Young Avengers would have a TV show, a movie, or a special presentation. He said during the roundtable, “It comes down to where’s the best story and where is the best strange alchemy. Who would be fun to see them with? Each other, because that’s what the Young Avengers are, but also mixing it up more.”

Meanwhile, Avengers: Doomsday will arrive in theaters on December 18, 2026.
