American Idol & More Included in New Disney+ Releases This Week

Disney+’s TV and movie release schedule for March 1 to March 8, 2026, includes In Your Radiant Season, American Idol (ABC’s Season 9)’s fresh episode, BeddyByes, and a new episode of Locker Diaries: ZOMBIES: Shorts.

On March 2, In Your Radiant Season drops on Disney+. The South Korean series focuses on Chan, an animator who loses his memory and ability to hear following a mysterious accident. Soon, he crosses paths with the grief-stricken, talented designer, Song Ha-Ran, and their lives begin to change. The star cast features Lee Sung-kyung, Chae Jong-hyeop, Lee Mi-sook, Han Ji-hyun, Oh Ye-ju, and many others in important roles.

Further, American Idol (Season 9) (ABC)’s new episode will be available on the streaming platform. In this season as well, young music talent will receive a platform to fulfill their dreams. Ryan Seacrest hosts the show with Lionel Richie, Luke Bryan, and Carrie Underwood taking over the judge’s seats.

Also coming to Disney+ is the animated series, BeddyByes. It chronicles the adventures of best friends and fun-loving creatures, MeMo and BaBa. Together, they explore Planet BeddyByes, meeting numerous characters as they head towards sleep.

Additionally, Locker Diaries: ZOMBIES: Shorts’ new episode arrives on the streaming giant. The short-form live-action series unfolds the lives of ZOMBIES 4: Dawn of the Vampires characters in the school halls of Sunnyside and Shadyside as they open their school lockers.
