A recent report suggests that a White House staffer is running a pro-Donald Trump account on X (formerly known as Twitter). Trump has many accounts dedicated to him that constantly cover his activities and post about his achievements during his presidential term online. However, recently the account named Johnny Maga has captured the attention of internet users.
White House staffer reportedly running major Pro-Trump X account
According to a recent report by the outlet WIRED, a White House staffer is seemingly behind the X account, Johnny Maga, which is dedicated to Donald Trump. Moreover, the account in recent times has also lauded the video, which showed Barack Obama and his wife Michelle as apes.
Currently, the account has a total of 285.8K followers and follows over 1300 users. The report claims that the person who is secretly running the account is Garrett Wade. Wade, as described by the report, is a graduate from the community college and is 27 years old. It further adds that Wade works as a rapid response manager in Trump’s administration and earns $74,500 per annum. Apart from Johnny Maga, Wade is also handling other social media accounts catering to Trump’s administration. It is also reported that Wade was previously employed with Opinion Architects and earned money from Make America Great Again Inc.
Wired also stated that the number linked to the Johnny Maga account is Wade’s, and previously, it also showcased his birth year. On X, the joining year of Johnny Maga’s account is 2021.
Recently, the account made another post praying for Trump and noted, “”I don’t know how long I’ll be around. I got a lot of people gunning for me, don’t I?” The ability to operate at this level, knowing that people are plotting to kill you on a daily basis is nothing short of extraordinary. May God protect President Trump.”
