Stefon Diggs penned a cryptic post amid rumors that he and his partner Cardi B have split for good. Diggs wrote on Instagram, “Gratitude and fear cannot coexist in the same space… a reminder to control what you can control, remain thankful, and stay motivated.”
Notably, the Patriots star turned off his comment section to avoid negativity from fans. Diggs shared a detailed carousel with photos, quotes, and cryptic messages, leaving it open to interpretation. The first slide featured a quote that read, “Luck didn’t bring me this far, God did.”
Another motivational quote read, “Do not ignore your own self-doubt. That is the old you reminding you how much you have achieved.” Fans suspect it is Diggs’ way of coping with the Patriots’ crushing Super Bowl defeat to the Seahawks. Elsewhere in the carousel, a quote read, “Have a hard year,” a quote linked to the late NBA icon Kobe Bryant.
Neither Diggs nor Cardi has commented on their alleged breakup at the time of writing this article. Interestingly, rapper 50 Cent took a jab at Diggs after his team’s heartbreaking loss in the Super Bowl and poked fun at his breakup with the rapper.
The 50-year-old wrote, “Can you imagine waking up this morning and you done lost this b***h and the Super Bowl? I would tell everybody, get away from me, have a drink, and go back to sleep. LOL.” He shared a low-quality, grainy photo of the pair.
The Patriots star and his rapper-girlfriend were first linked in October 2024 and confirmed their relationship in June 2025 (via PEOPLE).
