Zayn Malik Says Ex Gave Him ‘S***’ For This

Zayn Malik revealed that his ex-partner, Gigi Hadid, had him “s***” for this particular reason. Malik guested on Alex Cooper’s Call Her Daddy podcast, where he discussed his upcoming album Konnakol, his equation with Hadid, and their daughter Khai. The ex-One Directioner, who usually likes to keep things private, gave a rare insight into his personal life on the podcast.

Zayn Malik says his ex, Gigi Hadid, had him s*** for giving their daughter Khai a staggering $500 when she lost her first tooth. Malik revealed to Alex Cooper, “It’s everything. Even to the degree that, like, you know, I’m raising her in an environment that isn’t the same as everybody else’s. Her dad is a pop star. Her mom is a model, and certain things that she does in life might not always reflect other people’s understanding of reality.”

Continuing further, Malik explained that he did not hesitate before giving his daughter a whopping $500 for losing her first tooth. The 33-year-old said, “So I think I gave her a bit too much money from the Tooth Fairy.” Cooper curiously asked how much money he gave his daughter, to which the “Pillowtalk” singer replied, “$500.”

Furthermore, Malik confessed to Cooper that his ex gave him “s***” for giving away such a large sum of money to their daughter. He dished, “It’s her first tooth, and her mom gave me s*** about it, and I was like, at the end of the day, I worked my ass off, and I should be able to give my kid what I wanna give her, you know?”

Clearly intrigued by Malik’s confession, Cooper asked, “But then what’s gonna happen with the second one?” To which the “Die For Me” singer quipped that the second time round, he would give his daughter only $5. Malik also confessed that he has special plans for his daughter’s first tooth. “The first tooth, I’m gonna keep that one and frame it,” he told Cooper.
