Tom Brady Breaks Down Working on Dunkin’ Super Bowl Ad With Ben Affleck

Tom Brady revealed what it was like working on Dunkin’s Super Bowl ad with Ben Affleck. For those unversed, Affleck recruited popular ’90s stars like Jennifer Aniston, Matt LeBlanc, and more for a sitcom-pilot–style ad loosely inspired by his own Oscar-winning classic, Good Will Hunting. Notably, Brady appeared as Aniston’s boyfriend in the ad.

Tom Brady detailed working with Ben Affleck on the Dunkin’ Super Bowl ad. In an exclusive interview with Men’s Health, he revealed, “I was excited to jump into another Dunkin’ Super Bowl commercial with Ben, and we had a blast. The Dunkin’ team knows how to make something entertaining, and stepping into the whole ‘90s Dunkin’ world made it even more fun.”

Notably, Affleck stepped into Damon’s iconic role as Will from Good Will Hunting in this ’90s–vibed, sitcom-styled Super Bowl ad. Affleck portrayed a Dunkin’ employee who also doubles as a math genius. After a hilarious banter with his other cast mates, Affleck unabashedly declared, “We were on a break,” when someone pointed to Aniston’s picture. The Friends star appeared on screen, “You like donuts? Well, this is my new boyfriend. How yah like these nuts?”

A charming Brady popped on the screen as Aniston’s new boyfriend and introduced himself, “I’m Tom,” as a laugh track roared in the background. Interestingly, the ex-NFL star has had a solid working rapport with Dunkin’. He previously collaborated with them in a football-focused commercial to promote their steak, egg, and cheese sandwich.

In 2024, he joined Affleck and Damon as the third member of their fictional boy band called the DunKings. The trio donned matching orange-and-pink tracksuits and danced to woo Jennifer Lopez, who only seemed to be impressed by Brady at the end of the Super Bowl ad.

Outside of his Dunkin’ ad adventures, Brady is courting a headline-making romance with Alix Earle. The pair fueled fresh dating rumors after making a flirty appearance at the Super Bowl pre-game party in San Francisco. Eyewitnesses saw the duo grooving, laughing, and vibing together at the party. Interestingly, Earle was part of Bad Bunny’s Casita at the Super Bowl halftime show (via Marca).
