One Piece Collab Sees Anime & US College Basketball Collide

One Piece has been one of the most popular anime around the globe for a long time. The popular series is all set for a new collab. The popular animated show is officially ready to step onto the basketball court again. Yes, the beloved anime is going to launch a rather unique crossover with US college basketball programs, leaving fans excited for what comes next.

One Piece anime joins hands with US college basketball

A new crossover program, One Piece College Basketball US Voyage, is all set to kick off soon. They are about to start the program on January 23 onwards. The program is probably going to run all the way until March 2026. According to the official statements, the crossover is going to have a lot of special moments. Fans will also be entitled to free One Piece T-shirts, collectibles, posters, and exclusive promo cards from the One Piece Trading Card Game.

The list also includes special appearances at games hosted by the Gonzaga Bulldogs, Rutgers Scarlet Knights, St. John’s Red Storm, the Houston Cougars, the Illinois Fighting Illini, and others. But that’s not all. The crossover is also set to feature One Piece visuals throughout the arenas, leaving ardent fans excited about what lies ahead. Also included are unique in-game One Piece theme presentations.

Furthermore, they are also planning exclusive giveaways for the participants. Another feature will see marching bands playing the iconic One Piece song, “We Are”. This is definitely going to add to the celebratory vibes of the whole planned collaboration.  This is basically going to be a grand celebration of all things One Piece, leaving fans more obsessed than ever, and ardent fans just can’t wait!

This isn’t the first time One Piece has done a collab with US sports. They have previously collaborated with the NBA to do themed game nights.
