Paul Rudd recently returned to the comedy podcast Take Your Shoes Off with Rick Glassman on January 8. During the interview, the Ant-Man star and Glassman looked back on the actor’s previous appearance on the show, leading to a joke about his “huge penis.”
Rudd’s July 2025 appearance on the podcast featured a hilarious bit where Michael Cera spilled “hot” coffee on him while posing as the show’s production assistant. The clip then showed Rudd getting ready to resume the interview and changing his pants with his private parts blurred out. Reminiscing on the bit, Glassman joked, “You have a huge penis!”
Rudd quipped in response, “I didn’t realize that you even saw my penis.” Glassman then replied, “It was hard — it was soft to miss.” He hilariously added, “It was hard to miss even when it’s soft… Do you feel like people don’t know how big your penis is?”
Rudd went on to explain, “I mean, I’ve never done [a movie nude]. I’ve never been naked in a movie.” Upon asking the reason, the MCU star replied, “Why? I mean, I’m a fairly private person, I don’t want to be just wagging my dick all over the place. I’m not Harvey Keitel in The Piano.”
The pair also addressed the speculation that Rudd was reportedly injured after the coffee-spilling bit last year. “It’s funny, I remember obviously showing up, and I remember obviously our conversation, and I remember the coffee spilling on my face and then going to the hospital,” Rudd joked. “There are things about it that I don’t quite remember, that were a little blurry, and I was a little surprised that you posted it,” he added.
Meanwhile, Rudd recently returned to the big screen with the action-adventure comedy flick Anaconda, alongside Jack Black. The actor is also set to reprise his role as Scott Lang, aka Ant-Man, in the upcoming MCU movie, Avengers: Doomsday.
