A teaser for Priyanka Chopra and Karl Urban‘s upcoming action-adventure swashbuckler movie, The Bluff, has dropped, revealing the full trailer’s release date. The footage offers a quick glimpse at the film’s plot and action sequences. The movie is scheduled to arrive on Prime Video on February 25, 2026.

Prime Video recently dropped a teaser trailer for The Bluff, giving fans a quick preview of what to expect from the film and initiating the countdown for the full official trailer’s release on January 14, 2026. Clocking in at just 15 seconds, the footage, interspersed with title cards, declares that “In three days, Bloody Mary Strikes,” shows boats sailing towards an island, Priyanka Chopra’s character fighting some enemies, and confronting and fighting Karl Urban’s character, who asks her, “Did you miss me, darling?”

The teaser comes five days after Prime Video shared photos from the film on social media. These offered first looks at Chopra, Urban, and Temuera Morrison’s characters.
The Bluff revolves around a Caribbean woman and former pirate, Ercell Borden (Chopra). She must confront her shady past and fight to protect her family after the island she is living on is invaded by Buccaneers.
Zoe Saldaña, who is an executive producer on the film, was reportedly originally attached to play Chopra’s role in the film. This was when it was first announced in 2021. In addition, Netflix was originally set to distribute the film until the rights were sold to Amazon MGM Studios.
The Bluff was directed by Frank E. Flowers, who co-wrote the screenplay with Joe Ballarini. Meanwhile, Chopra, the Russo Brothers, Angelo Russo-Otstot, Michael Disco, Cisely, and Mariel Saldaña co-produced the film. Greg Baldi handled the film’s cinematography, while veteran composer Henry Jackman composed the film’s score.
In addition to Chopra, Urban, and Morrison, the film also stars Ismael Cruz Córdova. They are joined by Safia Oakley-Green, David Field, Zack Morris, Pacharo Mzembe, and Vedanten Naidoo, among others.
