Bradley Cooper is setting the record straight on the long-standing speculation that he has undergone plastic surgery. The actor and filmmaker addressed the rumors during a recent conversation with his co-star Will Arnett.

Bradley Cooper has cleared the air about the ongoing plastic surgery rumors in a recent appearance on the SmartLess podcast. Speaking with hosts Will Arnett, Jason Bateman, and Sean Hayes, the Maestro actor addressed the speculations while sharing some lighthearted moments with the trio.
The rumors came up when Cooper revealed that he and Arnett were recording the podcast at the time of the promotional tour for their latest movie, Is This Thing On? The pair had recently shot a “Guess how well you know each other” video, where Arnett addressed the plastic surgery rumors surrounding Cooper.
“[I was asked], ‘What’s one thing about Bradley that people don’t know?'” Arnett recalled. “And I said, ‘Well, there’s a lot.’ And then I was gonna say, ’cause we keep reading: Everybody thinks that Bradley’s had plastic surgery. Everybody keeps saying that.”
However, Arnett came to his co-star’s defense, swiftly shutting down the rumors. “What people don’t know is that he hasn’t!” he said, before strongly asserting, “Of course he hasn’t!”
Cooper then shared an anecdote on how fans have had surprised reactions to seeing him in person. “Some people came up to me the last couple [of] weeks,” he said. “And they’re like, ‘Oh, you look good!'”
Arnett jumped in to share how frustrated he was with people discussing Cooper’s appearance. “It made me mad,” he said, adding, “Everybody thinks that they know. You know, you read bulls*** stuff.”
Podcast co-host Bateman then cracked a joke, saying that he had gone under the knife numerous times. “I’ve been cut to ribbons,” he said, earning cackles from the others. “But look how it’s worth it. Look at this,” the Ozark star added.
Will Arnett starred alongside Bradley Cooper in the latter’s latest directorial work, Is This Thing On? It is a comedy-drama film that is loosely based on the life of popular British comedian John Bishop. The movie also stars Laura Dern, Andra Day, Sean Hayes, and more.
