According to PEOPLE, the “Shake It Up” alum said that she doesn’t have a wedding date yet. Due to their busy work schedules, the couple has not yet decided on a date. She is currently busy with her movie, “Color Your Hurt,” and will soon start working on the sequel to “Spring Breakers.”
She mentioned that the movie “that I wrote” and directed is “our baby, our child.” After wrapping that, she has the sequel, “then we can plan.” “Yeah. I feel like everything has to be perfect at the same time,” Thorne added.
In May 2023, Emms proposed to the Hollywood star at her California home. According to Vogue, her ring consisted of a “10-plus-carat emerald-cut diamond with baguettes flanking the center stone.” Thorne had told the magazine that she wanted a countryside wedding in the United Kingdom and would have multiple designer dresses.
Later, in December that year, Thorne opened up about her relationship in an interview with the outlet. “It’s really like, ‘Oh wow, we’re really, you’re my partner.’ Let’s do this together,” she said. At the time, she expressed how “real” their relationship became “every day.”
