Olivia Kaiser confirms she was pregnant during The Challenge Season 41 finale

Olivia and her boyfriend, fellow finalist Theo Campbell, welcomed their son, Atlas Kaiser Campbell, on November 20, two weeks back. The Challenge Season 41 winner confirmed she was seven weeks pregnant during the brutal two-day final in the Andes Mountains.

She told Entertainment Weekly, she entered the season not pregnant, and joked that it happened because things got “little boring” in the house. Olivia said she would have quit if she had known, to protect her baby boy.

Looking back at her performance, she now sees the signs. “I almost lose steam of caring about what I’m doing socially, like, ‘I don’t care. I’m tired,” she said, adding that she was constantly in bed. She thought she was still having her period, but now believes the exhaustion came from being physically “rough housed” in challenges.

In the finale, fans notice she struggled more than usual, Olivia pointed out a moment where she said, “I’m letting Yeremi do everything,” which some fans misinterpreted. However, she clarified, “No, no, no… when you run a final with an ultra marathon runner, I’m trying to match his pace. And I was pregnant.”

“Any woman knows, in the first trimester, you are exhausted. Your body’s not the same. You’re dealing with all these new hormones,” she added. Despite the fatigue, something pushed her, “It was maybe a little superpower… something was off, but this is your time to push.”

After filming ended, Olivia and Theo did a test in Chile because she felt “weird.” It turned out to be a gestation-weeks test in Spanish. When Theo read that it showed “plus three,” they realized she was over three weeks pregnant.

She said the shock hit her immediately as she suddenly had to prepare for becoming a mom. This marks the first time a pregnant woman has ever won a season of The Challenge.

Melissa Reeves, who competed unknowingly pregnant in Total Madness, even messaged her. The Challenge Season 41 winner said winning while pregnant feels special, especially since she now shares the memory with her son, Atlas.
