Just 2 Survive Gruelling Finale of Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test

The Season 4 finale of Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test went out in dramatic fashion. After days of a brutal military-style course, only two celebrity recruits crossed the finish line, thanks to their physical strength, mental grit, and loyalty under pressure.

Who are the winners in Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test Season 4 finale?

When the finale hit its peak, only five recruits were left standing, including Shawn Johnson East, Gia Giudice, Kody Brown, Andrew East, and Brianna “Chickenfry” LaPaglia. However, in the end, only Shawn Johnson East and Gia managed to complete the brutal challenge and officially became the season’s winners.

For the last test, the contestants were pushed to their limit. They had to go almost 24 hours with zero sleep, and then into a simulated capture-and-interrogation scenario.

They had to protect their cover stories and refuse to admit they weren’t military. Andrew East slipped up when he hinted there had been a “mistake,” and that resulted in the directing staff ripping off his armband.

Kody Brown was the next to go, cracking under the same pressure and losing his spot after breaking cover. Brianna LaPaglia held on the longest, but just 10 minutes before the finish line, she revealed she was “here with Special Forces” and was out of the competition.

That left only Shawn Johnson East and Gia Giudice standing.

East later said the whole journey was all about breaking people down to their core. She called it a really “humbling experience,” admitting that even with her Olympic background, she had to learn fast.

“They literally strip away people’s core, and it’s a very humbling experience. I learned that you can’t just tune the world out and get your job done. You have to be able to balance both,” she stated.

Gia Giudice’s win shocked a lot of people, including herself. She admitted she honestly didn’t think she had it in her to make it to the end.

What pushed her, she said, was her family, her own self-respect, and the belief that the directing staff genuinely saw something in her.
