During the Prince Night of the Dancing With the Stars ballroom, Hollywood star Zac Efron showed up as a surprise, and fans went wild. It seems that many fans were anticipating this to happen for the whole season. The moment finally happened when he would show up to back his little brother, Dylan Efron, a contestant on DWTS.
Fans react to Zac Efron appearing in DWTS ballroom to support brother Dylan
Zac Efron made an appearance on the November 18 episode of Dancing With the Stars. This marks his first time in the ballroom this season. Dylan Efron performed two routines during Prince Night, and Zac was seen cheering from the audience alongside their sister Olivia and their parents, David Efron and Starla Baskett.
Zac’s brother Dylan Efron performed on tango to Prince’s “I Would Die 4 U.” He and his partner, Daniella Karagach, earned a score of 27 from the judges. In a quick moment, the camera captured Zac leaning over to ask his mom if the score was good.
Dylan then performed a cha-cha to “Kiss,” earning a higher score, which prompted Zac to clap enthusiastically for his little brother while holding Olivia. Fans flooded X, formerly known as Twitter, with excitement over Zac’s appearance.
Many celebrated his long-awaited arrival, with one fan writing, “Me liking every tweet talking about Zac Efron finally being in the DWTS ballroom.”
Another exclaimed, “ZAC EFRON IN THE BUILDING FINALLY??”
Some even joked about the impact of his presence, noting, “I really think if Zac Efron didn’t show up, Dylan would’ve gone home instead of Whitney.”
Others simply expressed how happy they were to see him on the show, saying, “Everybody say thank you Zac Efron.”
Dancing With the Stars airs Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC and Disney+, with episodes streaming the next day on Hulu.
