An insider exclusively told Radar Online that Prince Harry is “frustrated by the constant staff departures and the talk” that Meghan Markle is “too difficult.” The source added, “He’s been working hard to repair his image and reconnect with his family, but every new resignation sets him back.” Hence, the Duke has “made it clear to her — something has to change.”
The latest person to depart was Emily Robinson, a respected publicist and former Crown executive who joined Markle’s team earlier this year. But she quit after just three months, making her the latest in a long line of communications figures to leave since the Sussexes stepped back from royal life.
According to the report, the Sussexes brought in Robinson to help Markle organize her growing career ventures and new lifestyle brand, “As Ever.” However, her prompt exit only added to the tension at home, especially as Harry has been trying to reconcile with the royal family and step out of the ongoing negative press.
