According to a source who spoke with Star, the Duchess of Sussex is dealing with what insiders have described as “another staffing nightmare,” following the sudden departure of her director of communications, Emily Robinson, just three months after she joined the team.

Robinson’s exit marks the 23rd staff member to leave Meghan’s team since 2018, reigniting speculation about ongoing workplace challenges surrounding the Duchess. “Losing staff at this rate is not normal; anyone can see that,” a source told Star.
The situation is reportedly “causing tension” between Meghan and her husband. “Publicly, Harry has got her back,” the source revealed, “ but obviously this is getting very embarrassing.”
The insider revealed that, “Meghan’s always denying that she’s the problem, but at some point it’s impossible to ignore that she’s the common denominator in all of these disastrous working relationships,” the source shared. “A lot of people are saying she needs to take a long, hard look at the way she’s treating her staff because too many talented and well-respected people are walking away.”
The Duke of Sussex, 41, is said to be frustrated but cautious about how he handles the situation. “Harry hates drama,” the insider explained. “He wishes she would take some constructive criticism so they can avoid this going forward.”
