Kate Middleton Embracing Meditation To Manage Stress — Source

It seems the royal duties are taking a toll on Kate Middleton. To deal with it, according to the source, the Princess of Wales is leaning into mediation. And to teach the art of mediation, the royalty is taking the help of acclaimed British artist Chris Levine. He is the man behind one of the most famous portraits of Queen Elizabeth II, Lightness of Being.

Kate Middleton is ‘deeply committed’ to meditation to help navigate royal life, per source

Kate Middleton is leaning towards mediation to help her deal with the hectic royal duties. The inspiration behind the mediation is Queen Elizabeth II’s 2004 portrait by Chris Levine, where she is seen in a meditative pose with eyes closed.

Sources told RadarOnline.com that “Kate’s completely embraced it.” They further added that although the Princess of Wales has always looked after herself, “but this feels more meaningful – it’s something just for her.”

“Meditation helps her pause and find calm amid all the chaos,” the insider said. “It’s genuinely transformed how centered she feels.” Since Middleon’s “world is non-stop – the pressure, the attention, juggling motherhood and duty,” this practice “is the one thing that grounds her.”

And to practice the technique, the 43-year-old often wakes up early in the morning before her kids, hinting she is “deeply committed” to the practice. As per the source, the mom of three “treasures the quiet moments; it’s the only time she can switch off completely and just be herself.”

And if her friend is to be believed, it seems like mediation is really helping Middleton manage stress. “She’s really created a sense of calm at home.” Middleton often plays “soft music,” lights “candles, sometimes incense” to practice her meditation. Looking at this, even “children all know that when mom’s meditating, it’s peaceful time.”

However, that friend revealed that Prince William often “jokes that she’s turned the cottage into a mini wellness spa.” But the Prince of Wales “can see how much happier and more grounded she is” with this practice.
