Travis Kelce’s ex, Kayla Nicole, recently uploaded a workout video on her Instagram. Kayla shot herself doing a variety of mixed exercises at the gym that targeted the muscles of her entire body. Her hair was in a tight bun, and she opted for white sports shoes to complete the look.

Kayla Nicole is Travis Kelce’s ex and is quite known for her workout videos on her Instagram and YouTube. The one she uploaded recently on her social media has her working out to Cardi B’s latest song called ‘Killing You Hoes.’ Captioning the video and motivating her followers, she wrote,
“Been a minute but here’s some full body work to run through the next time you show up for yourself in the gym this week. (YEA! This week girl. Stop putting it off.) Also, not required but hiiighllllyy recommended – turning on that new @iamcardib to get you through it hunnnniiii. ?”
Travis Kelce’s ex starts the video with a snap of her in the mirror flexing her glute muscles. Then she starts off with assisted hip thrusts using a dumbbell. She used only one of her legs while the other one helped balance against the bench. This targeted her glute muscles.
The second exercise was for the back and arms. She did her version of the cable rows from the side. The third exercise was again for the glute muscles, and it is called the Romanian Deadlift.
After it, Kayla did some lunges with dumbbells assisted by a bench. The next exercise in her workout routine was the bent-over dumbbell rows that target the upper back. However, she had put one leg up in the air, which adds a challenge to the core muscles.
