Alec Baldwin and his brother Stephen Baldwin got involved in an unfortunate car crash. The duo were driving Alec’s wife Hilaria’s SUV when they crashed into a tree. The incident happened in the Hamptons, New York, on October 13.

Alec Baldwin and his brother Stephen Baldwin just survived a terrible car crash. Stephen’s representative confirmed to Fox News Digital, “Stephen is doing fine and is grateful no one was injured. He appreciates the concern and can confirm that he and Alec are both safe and well.”
TMZ reported that the Baldwin brothers crashed Hilaria’s Range Rover into a tree, damaging the front end. Notably, the actor was in town to attend the Hamptons International Film Festival on Sunday.
Alec took to Instagram to share a video assuring fans of his safety and well-being after the unfortunate car crash. He captioned the post, “Thank you for your concern….”
Alec explained that he was driving his wife, Hilaria’s, SUV and attempted to dodge a huge garbage truck while driving.
“To avoid hitting him, I hit a big fat tree and crushed my wife’s car. I crushed my wife’s car—I feel bad about that.”
Furthermore, Alec assured fans that he and Stephen were doing “fine.” However, he revealed Hilaria’s car is “pretty smashed up.” He thanked the local police for their help and said he would visit his wife and children in Los Angeles soon.
“I’m going to L.A. to see my family. Can’t wait. Going out to California to gather my family together, spend a few days out there, and then come home,” Alec quipped sincerely. He concluded the video by expressing his love for his wife, Hilaria.
Additionally, Alec’s wife Hilaria, took to Instagram to assure fans of her husband and brother-in-law’s well-being. The video is captioned, “Thank you for checking in. Alec is ok. Be safe, all of you.”
