Jennifer Lopez is currently dealing with never-ending challenges amid the release of her new movie, “Kiss of the Spider Woman,” which is also struggling at the box office. Her record label, BMG, has dropped her following her flop album, “This Is Me…Now: A Love Story.” She was already reeling from her split with ex-husband Ben Affleck while struggling to sell tickets for her Las Vegas residency at Caesars Palace. All this has left J.Lo emotionally drained.

Lopez had high hopes with her ninth studio album and the accompanying documentary, “This Is Me…Now: A Love Story.” However, instead of soaring the charts, the album fell short of expectations and failed to deliver the desired results.

Looking at the outcome, BMG dropped its partnership with the singer. “She’s dealing with a lot of pressure and feels really fragile underneath it all. Losing her record deal has shaken her confidence badly. She’s still trying to figure out how everything fell apart so quickly,” a friend close to her told RadarOnline.com.

The friend added, “On the surface, she’s smiling.” However, deep within, Jennifer Lopez “feels like nothing in her life is secure right now.”

The news came as a huge shock just months after she canceled her entire “This Is Me… Live” tour, set to begin in December, saying she wanted to spend time with her family. However, it was alleged that the tour was cancelled due to disappointing ticket sales.

Talking about the cancelled show, the source claimed that the singer was all set to put “everything” into the Vegas show. “But the ticket sales just aren’t where she hoped they’d be, and it’s really getting to her.”

Moreover, she is “deeply shaken by the way things ended with Ben Affleck and doesn’t trust her own judgment anymore.” However, the 56-year-old is “desperate for a comeback.” The insider concluded that she was “hoping the Vegas run would be her turning point because she’s at one of her lowest moments.”
