During her visit to Home-Start Oxford in England, Kate Middleton preserved her royal power-suit streak in a Victoria Beckham ensemble. On Thursday, the Princess of Wales donned a monochromatic green look. She achieved a predominantly solid-colored look, with warm golden highlights to complement her fit. Middleton looked stunning in a chic matching jacket and trousers by Beckham.

According to WWD, Kate Middleton wore the Green Willow Alina Trousers by British designer Victoria Beckham for the royal engagement. She completed the monochrome look with a jacket, perfectly aligning the tonal motif through the shirt. Further, the Princess of Wales opted for neutral Ralph Lauren pointed-toe pumps. She also put on a pendant necklace from Daniella Draper and amethyst pear drop earrings by British designer Kiki McDonough.
Kate Middleton has recently been experimenting with powerful, professional attire for her daytime royal engagements. Middleton is no stranger to the concept, as for her October and September royal engagements, she wore a tailored suit from Bell Freud. The piece, along with the rest of the collection, was designed in the Prince of Wales check pattern, a staple since the early 20th century.
Admirers of the royal family member might recall that this isn’t the first time she’s worn this Khaki VB suit. At the British Fashion Council in London in May, Middleton presented the Queen Elizabeth II Award for British Design to designer Patrick McDowell, wearing the suit with a ruffled white shirt.
Reportedly, Kate Middleton has a wide array of tailored suits, most in monochromatic color palettes, a few in neutral color blocks, and a select few with bold prints. Furthermore, Middleton has previously worn tailored outfits by other high-end British designers, such as Roland Mouret and Burberry.
