Daniel Craig and Rachel Weisz were seen together holding hands at a London screening of Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery on October 8. The pair have been married since 2011, but have largely kept their personal life very private.
Craig walked the red carpet in a dark gray suit with a blue shirt and striped tie. Meanwhile, Weisz went for a sleek, business-casual look with a white shirt, black jacket, and matching pants.
This was their first appearance together in over a year, with the last one being at the Loewe spring/summer 2025 runway show at Paris Fashion Week in September 2024. The couple seldom comes into the media’s eye, despite being married for such a long time. In the past, they have made it clear that they like to keep their personal lives to themselves.
“You have to protect your marriage,” Weisz told MORE magazine in 2015. “When you’re young, you tell your girlfriends everything. One of the great pleasures of not being an adolescent is that you don’t have to share everything. When you’re married, that door closes.” (via E! News)
Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery is the third film in Rian Johnson’s Knives Out franchise. It follows the British detective Benoit Blanc, played by Daniel Craig, as he investigates a seemingly impossible murder within a church community.
While all three films share the detective as the central character, each features a unique storyline. The upcoming movie will feature a star-studded cast, such as Josh Brolin, Glenn Close, Jeremy Renner, Andrew Scott, Mila Kunis, Jeffrey Wright, Kerry Washington, and Cailee Spaeny.
