Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban’s shared property wealth is reportedly enormous

Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban have reportedly separated after almost 20 years of marriage. After parting ways, the singer has reportedly moved out of their family home. But the actress is still staying in their Nashville estate with her two daughters: Sunday Rose and Faith Margaret. However, it seems their reported divorce might turn out to be a costly affair. The exes reportedly share multiple assets, which amount to staggering $40 million.

To begin with, the former couple purchased their Nashville house at the Northumberland gated community for $3.47 million in 2008. The house comprises 10 bathrooms and seven bedrooms. It also features a home theater, a 30-foot-long hobby room, tennis courts, and a luxurious swimming pool.

In the same year, the exes bought two new properties: a Beverly Hills home for $4.7 million and an Australian farmhouse for $6.5 million. Their Beverly Hills home consists of five bedrooms, four and one-quarter bathrooms, and a swimming pool. Whereas the farmhouse, dubbed Bunya Hill, is situated in Sutton Forest, New South Wales, on 110 acres.

As per Page Six, besides these properties, the former couple also got $4 million penthouse in Sydney in 2009. Additionally, they are also house owners of $10 million New York City pad, which they bought in 2010, and a $3.5 million pied-á-terre in Tribeca that the former couple purchased in 2020. Kidman and Urban even own a pad in Lisbon.

However, as per Daily Mail, neither of the parents will receive child support for Rose and Margaret as the 57-year-old singer has “already prepaid all child support obligations.” Additionally, the exes have waived spousal support as well, but have agreed to divide the court costs evenly.
