Nicole Kidman & Keith Urban’s Property Division Won’t Be ‘Simple’ for a Reason, Says Source

Nicole Kidman filed for divorce on September 30, 2025, from her husband, Keith Urban. Now, it’s reported that the couple’s split could spark a dispute over their real estate holdings. New reports suggest that around half of the assets could be allocated to Urban due to the couple’s prenuptial agreement.

Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban have ended their 19-year-long marriage, with Kidman filing for divorce. Reports suggest that they separated because they couldn’t find time for each other due to their hectic work commitments and a lack of intimacy.

Amid all this, sources at RadarOnline suggest that the pair’s property division won’t be simple, as they co-own numerous properties. The actor and the country singer own properties in three different parts of the world, including their estate in Australia’s Southern Highlands, a duplex in Manhattan, a mansion in Beverly Hills, a Nashville compound, and six apartments in a Sydney high-rise with harbor views.

In their two-decade-long marriage, the pair reportedly built properties worth $282 million. Sources reveal that dividing their assets won’t be straightforward. An insider stated, “Nicole might have brought in more money, but the pre-nup gives Keith leverage. After nearly two decades together, a significant portion of their holdings could go to him.”

Sources close to the family revealed that disputes over money and property could be the main focus for the former couple in the coming months. The insider added, “They’ve both achieved huge success and hold properties across the globe. Splitting assets in so many countries, each with its own rules, will be anything but simple.” Another tipster claimed that “the pre-nup complicates things” for the couple.

With the couple’s most exquisite possession, the $6.5 million Georgian mansion, and their Sydney penthouses, where the family celebrated together, all eyes are on how these key properties will be handled amid their separation.
