A new report concerning Ana de Armas and Tom Cruise‘s relationship has emerged, suggesting the Knives Out actress wants some “space” from Cruise’s micromanagement. Recently, Ana de Armas vacationed with her friends in Puerto Rico and went for a workout session in Los Angeles. Cruise wasn’t by her side for both outings. Notably, the pair sparked romance rumors after being seen together in London earlier this year.
Ana de Armas wants space from Tom Cruise, sources say
Ana de Armas wants some “space” from Tom Cruise, as per a new report.
Globe Magazine reported, citing a source, that the Ballerina actress has “been having the time of her life” without Cruise. “It’s clear she’s enjoying her independence,” the source stated, adding, “Not having Tom around micromanaging everything has got to feel very freeing.”
The insider noted that the actress’ friends and Cruise himself have noticed her recent happiness. However, they added that the 37-year-old’s behavior has been “testing” the Mission: Impossible star’s “patience.”
The source’s claims are supported by Armas’ recent outings, where Cruise wasn’t present. One of these is her vacation in Puerto Rico, where she attended a Bad Bunny concert and seemingly looked happy and fulfilled. The other is her gym workout in Los Angeles. In July, Ana de Armas and Cruise were reportedly seen together in Vermont, where the former owns a home.
Cruise has reportedly been making plans for his and Armas’ future. However, the source stated that the 63-year-old action star has been “dragging his feet about proposing.” They alleged that Cruise was concerned about the Knives Out actress’ commitment to their relationship.
This comes around a month after reports on Armas’ friends’ reaction to her relationship with Cruise surfaced. A source purported that the Blonde actress’ friends believed she was in the “infatuation stage” of the relationship. Further, it comes a few weeks after Cruise’s Mission: Impossible co-star, Hayley Atwell, supposedly warned the actor to “tread carefully” in the relationship.
