Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco’s wedding took place in Santa Barbara, California, in front of around 150-170 guests. The night before D-Day, the celebrity pair hosted an intimate rehearsal dinner. Reportedly, the ceremony was fun, but the “Who Says” singer was initially nervous.
A source exclusively told US Weekly, “Selena had nerves before doing her first look with Benny, but from that moment on, she was radiating joy.” They added that the 33-year-old bride was “happy” and had a smile on her face. She also couldn’t stop her “tears of joy the entire day.”
Earlier, a report claimed that the ceremony was both fun and sentimental for Gomez, as well as for the guests. Especially, during the wedding vows, the pop sensation “bawled her eyes out.” Alongside her, her loved ones were also “extremely emotional.”
Reportedly, it was not a “typical celebrity lavish wedding.” The newlyweds danced barefoot and didn’t have formal dinner seating arrangements. Their reception allegedly took place in a tent, featuring a variety of food and drinks, as well as a DJ set by Mark Ronson.
