Swifties are elated after announcement of Taylor Swift appearing on Jimmy Fallon’s show

Taylor Swift is pulling out all the stops to promote her upcoming album, The Life of a Showgirl. The 14-time Grammy Award-winning singer will soon appear on Jimmy Fallon’s show alongside actress Keri Russell, marking her seventh appearance on the chat show.

An innovative promotional video showcases Jimmy Fallon making bets at roulette. When it lands on number 13, disappointing Fallon, he remarks, “Baby, that’s show business for you.”

As he exits the casino, several performers in elaborate costumes and dramatic props walk past him and comment, “Excuse us, honey,” as a flabbergasted Jimmy Fallon watches on. Jimmy Fallon captioned the innovative promotional video: “Not a lot going on at the moment,” in contrast to the content.

In the comments section, the official Instagram account for Fallon’s show commented: “Taylor Swift joins us on Monday 10/6/25 to talk The Life of a Showgirl! Tune in at 11:35/10:35c on NBC.”

Unsurprisingly, Swifties are excited to watch Taylor Swift on Jimmy Fallon’s show. “HERE WE GO SWIFTIES,” one fan commented with multiple heart emoticons. “OMG IT’S HAPPENING EVERYBODY STAY CALM,” a Swiftie wrote in bold letters, unable to contain their excitement.

Another fan wrote, “YES YES YES WE PRAYED FOR TIMES LIKE THESE!!!!!!!!!” Another Swiftie commented, “WE ARE SO BACKKKKKKK.”

Notably, fans are making theories about Jimmy Fallon’s promotional video. One fan commented, “excuse us HONEY”??? Track 11 easter egg we wonnn.” Another Swiftie wrote, “What is the double 00?! Is she releasing double TV albums (Debut & Rep) complete @with vault tracks along with TLOASG?! Omggggg.”

Interestingly, “Baby that’s show business for you” is a phrase the Grammy Award-winning singer has been using to promote her album.

In fact, Jimmy Fallon’s caption is also a reference to one of her most iconic songs, “22,” which was released in 2013.
