In one of the sweetest moments, Hadid was seen kneeling in a camouflage shirt while Khai, dressed in a denim jacket, brown fringe pants, and pink cowboy boots, stood in front of her. “My girl is 5 today. Happy Birthday to my greatest love & gift,” Hadid wrote over the photo.
She also took fans back to her pregnancy days, posting a throwback photo in which she showed off her baby bump during a photoshoot.
