Lady Gaga Believes Michael Polansky Relationship Made Her a ‘Better Artist,’ Source Claims

Lady Gaga and her fiancé, Michael Polansky, are still going strong, and it appears she isn’t seeking others’ approval in their relationship. A year ago, the couple announced their engagement at the Paris Olympics and made their red carpet debut at the Venice Film Festival not long after. Lately, their romance seems to be thriving, with a source recently claiming that Gaga believes Polansky has become her muse and made her a “better artist.”

Lady Gaga believes Michael Polansky is ‘helping her raise the level of her music and art,’ source claims

Star exclusively learned that Lady Gaga and Michael Polansky’s relationship seems to be doing just fine without a stamp of approval from others. A source claimed that Gaga’s fiancé, a renowned entrepreneur, has been supporting her in taking her music and art to a whole new level. The singer reportedly plans to take a deeper plunge as an artist and as an individual, and claims that she cannot navigate that journey without the businessman.

The Grammy winner just bagged the Artist of the Year award, besides three other trophies, at the VMAs 2025 and gave Polansky a nod in her acceptance speech. Although he was absent from the awards ceremony earlier this month, Gaga made sure his presence was felt through her sweet words for him. The following day, she took to Instagram for another shout-out to her fiancé and personal “artist of the year” with loved-up photos and a heartfelt note.

When Lady Gaga credited Michael Polansky for her recent successes with the “MAYHEM” album, she wasn’t “blowing smoke.” The insider alleged that she truly thinks their relationship “made her a better artist and a more confident, healthy performer.” Everybody around her, including her team and reps, has been supportive of their union, taking into account her “positive development.”

However, Gaga isn’t looking for “the approval of the people” in her relationship with Polansky and their future together. The source further alleged that she had basically been directionless “as a person before they met,” and recognized him for helping her “raise the level of her music and art.”
