Taylor Swift set to appear on The Graham Norton Show to promote new album
Taylor Swift will appear on “The Graham Norton Show” to promote her new album, “The Life of a Showgirl,” on October 3. BBC announced the guest list on its website on September 17. She will return to the red sofa, alongside other celebrities, including Cillian Murphy, Greta Lee, Jodie Turner-Smith, and Domhnall Gleeson.
Marking Series 33’s second episode, its description stated, “On Graham’s star-studded sofa tonight: global music megastar Taylor Swift, talking about her hotly anticipated new album, ‘The Life of a Showgirl.’” Apart from the celebrity guests, the episode will also feature a performance by Scottish singer Lewis Capaldi.
The “Lover” hitmaker picked the popular talk show to promote her album on the day of its release. Although it is the first time she’ll be talking about TS12 on a big platform, Swift has earlier introduced the record on another show. On August 13, she made her debut on her fiancé Travis Kelce’s podcast, “New Heights,” which he hosts with his brother, Jason Kelce.
In it, the soloist revealed the inspiration behind her upcoming album. Referring to her days during the Eras Tour, she said, “My day ends with me in a bathtub, not usually in a bedazzled dress. I wanted to glamorize all the different aspects of how that tour felt.”
Swift’s “The Life of a Showgirl” comprises 12 songs, including a track titled “Cancelled!” and a highly anticipated collab with Sabrina Carpenter. The album will drop on Friday, October 3, 2025.
