Colin Farrell admitted that he is turned on by Margot Robbie’s personality during a joint appearance on Late Night with Seth Meyers while promoting their new film A Big Bold Beautiful Journey.
The 49-year-old actor said he had heard about Robbie’s reputation long before they met, noting, “So I met people through the years that worked with Margot … and they all, men and women, said how extraordinary she was.” Farrell added that aside from her acting talent, she was described as “kind,” “fun,” and “one of the team.” He confirmed those impressions and remarked, “Which is always a turn-on for me … Straight up!”
Farrell emphasized that Robbie’s magnetic personality was immediately clear when they met on set. He described their working dynamic as easy and natural, stating, “It was just really easy.” A blushing Robbie responded playfully, telling him to “stop” before joking that she owed him “20 bucks later” for the compliment. Farrell heard praise about Robbie for years and confirmed it when they worked together.

Robbie married producer Tom Ackerley, and they share a son. The couple will celebrate their tenth wedding anniversary in December. Colin Farrell has never married, but he fathered two sons: James, 22, with ex-girlfriend Kim Bordenave, and Henry, 15, with ex-girlfriend Alicja Bachleda-Curuś.
