The power couple will tie the knot in a private estate in the Californian city. Gomez and Blanco have reportedly rented the luxurious El Encanto resort for the guests to relax during the wedding weekend. Moreover, the hotel will not accept any new bookings for the last weekend of September. The place will remain booked for the bride and groom’s family members and friends.
Additionally, the exact location of the wedding ceremony has been kept a secret from the guests. A source told the outlet, “All the guests will be picked up and driven to the location without knowing their destination ahead of time.” They further added, “Everyone is so excited despite the mystery, they know it will be an amazing time.” While the guest list is not confirmed, Taylor Swift and Nicola Peltz Beckham are expected to attend from Gomez’s side. Meanwhile, the record producer might send an invite to Ed Sheeran and Matty Matheson.
Recently, the singer also got candid about the timing of her relationship with Blanco. In her interview with Allure, Gomez was asked if she was glad that her relationship with the record producer happened when it had to and not years back. “Definitely,” the 33-year-old replied. “I don’t think I would have been remotely mature enough.”
She emphasized, “It’s weird to think that only five years ago I wouldn’t have been in the right place.” Gomez further explained she has “learned so many lessons [since then] that led me to being the best partner I could be for Benny,” and added, “And I believe the same with him.”
