Lily Collins graced the New York Fashion Week red carpet for the first time in 16 years, wearing a stunning outfit that showcased her abs. She wore a crop top and a midi skirt from Calvin Klein that had a shiny appearance. Earlier this year, the 36-year-old became the face of Calvin Klein’s Spring Campaign. The actress has faced major developments in her professional and personal life this year. She welcomed her and husband Charlie McDowell’s daughter via surrogacy in February and wrapped filming for Emily in Paris Season 5 last month.
Lily Collins flaunts her abs in a red carpet outfit
Lily Collins appeared at New York Fashion Week’s Calvin Klein red carpet for the first time since 2009, wearing an outfit that exposed her abs. She donned a cropped top with thin straps and a midi skirt, both of which had small shiny scales.
The Mank actress completed her look with thin metallic-strapped heels. She accessorized with a white handbag and some silver rings. Meanwhile, she styled her brunette hair in a medium bob cut with soft, smooth waves and a partition at the top. Her makeup consisted of rose pink lipstick, grey eyeshadow, and subtle eyeliner. She paired the makeup with glossy soap nails.
Collins shared in a Vogue interview that her attire — which had a 90s minimalistic aesthetic — was “a custom version” of one of her “favorite looks from Veronica’s debut collection.”
Collins’ appearance drew mixed reactions online. Some fawned over her beauty while others expressed concern for her health and commented that she was “skinny.”
One user wrote, “You are exquisite.” Another added, “Looking gorgeous, Lily.”
Meanwhile, one user claimed that she was “emaciated” and had an “unhealthy look,” urging her to “seek help immediately.”
“The appearance is not healthy,” a user commented.
Earlier this year, the Emily in Paris star became the face of Calvin Klein’s Spring 2025 collection. In an Elle interview, she called the collaboration with the fashion house a “total honor and dream come true.” She also shared her history with and admiration for the brand.
“I remember cutting out Calvin Klein advertisements from magazines when I was younger,” she elaborated. “And always being drawn to the brand as representing what’s classic and cool.”
