Mark Ruffalo went green in a totally different way this time around, as he posed in the woods for a series of photographs, where he also appeared shirtless. The diverse array of pictures featured the Poor Things actor in various settings, including a lush forest. The photoshoot has already started a conversation amongst fans.

Mark Ruffalo has stunned the internet with his latest series of photos taken by Derek Cianfrance for Flaunt. The pictures feature the Marvel star posing in the woods in a variety of settings. The actor also went shirtless in a couple of shots, where he looked extremely ripped, and netizens can’t get enough.
In one of the photos, Ruffalo can be seen swimming in the water as well. Other pictures of him include the 57-year-old sitting on the roof of a house, posing in a cabin in the woods, as well as falling into muddy water. One of the photos also featured him lying on a railroad track.
Though the actor channeled his inner wild child, some fans were left concerned with some of the things that he did in the shoot, including swimming in an evidently dirty pond. Many took to Reddit to voice their concern.
One user stated, “I’m so concerned for his health and safety in so many ways looking at these.” Another wrote, “Yeah, I’m like, ‘Can we avoid giving one of Hollywood’s seemingly nice guys bacterial meningitis?'” Many also expressed that they weren’t really happy with the photoshoot. However, almost everyone agrees that it is one of the most offbeat sets from recent times.
Ruffalo will soon appear in Crime 101 and Spider-Man: Brand New Day, amongst a variety of other projects. He will also feature in Now You See Me: Now You Don’t, which is set to release later this year.
