Tyla stepped onto the red carpet at the 2025 MTV Video Music Awards in a vintage Chanel shirt reimagined as a micro mini dress.
The 23-year-old singer attended the event at UBS Arena in New York on September 7, 2025. She was nominated in two categories. The cream top, trimmed in black with gold chain accents, was first worn by Claudia Schiffer at the Chanel Haute Couture Spring/Summer 1993 show in Paris in 1992.
The “Push 2 Start” performer styled the archival piece with black briefs and Christian Louboutin pumps. She wore a short black bob with a deep side part. Her makeup included a soft smoky eye, long lashes, and a green manicure.
Tyla secured her outfit with extensive Pandora accessories. She layered multiple Pandora Talisman chains in different lengths, each decorated with assorted charms, across her neck and waist.
