Dua Lipa turned heads after she shared a series of jaw-dropping photos on Instagram, celebrating her birthday. Earlier this month, the One Kiss hitmaker shared several photos in anticipation of the eventful day. In these photos, she was seen enjoying early birthday celebrations with her fiancé, Callum Turner, friends, and family. The English-Albanian artist, who is currently on her Radical Optimism tour, recently fronted YSL Beauty’s Libre campaign.
Dua Lipa wears a sheer burgundy dress for her birthday
Dua Lipa shared a photo carousel on Instagram to celebrate her 30th birthday. In the photos, the “Levitating” singer sported a burgundy sheer netted lace dress that had a floral motif. She accessorized with gold jewelry, which included a braided cuff, a gold watch, and gold and diamond rings.
Moreover, one of the photos showed Lipa affectionately placing her cheek on and smiling with her fiancé, Callum Turner.
Furthermore, Lipa penned a lengthy message in the captions, where she reflected on the past year.
“30 30 30!!!!!!!!” the Argylle actress wrote. “Thank you all so much for the birthday wishes.”
She continued, “This last lap around the sun has been, without a doubt, my favorite year yet. The past 10 years have been the most incredible ride I could’ve ever dreamed of… my 20s were pure MAGIC.”
The Grammy winner further stated, “Not without their challenges or awkward moments, but filled with more love, joy, and lessons than I ever imagined. I’m so deeply grateful for every step of the journey and everything it’s taken to get here.”
Dua Lipa thanked her parents, Dukagjin and Anesa Lipa, for supporting her and her siblings, Rina and Gjin, calling them “the heart of it all.”
Furthermore, she called the close relationships and friendships she kept her “greatest achievement.” “Looking around the table this summer at my partner, my closest friends, and my loved ones (the very best of the best), I know I’ve done something right,” she added.
