While performing “Chanel No. 5,” Camila Cabello’s corset top popped open, leaving her visibly holding it in place throughout the number. A video shared on TikTok showed Cabello keeping her arms close to her sides while singing and dancing, ensuring the corset stayed closed.
At one point in the performance, a crew member rushed onstage to secure the back of her corset. Once the issue was fixed, Cabello pointed behind her back to signal that the mishap had been resolved. Later, on Instagram Stories, she explained, “My corset fully popped open during that therefore the panic during ‘Chanel No. 5’ but that was fun love you so much.”
The incident marked the start of Cabello’s Asia leg of the Yours, C tour. On Facebook, she wrote, “Kaohsiung!!!!!! what a way to start the asia leg of the yours, c tour!! i love you and thank you i love you and thank you i love you and thank you!!!!!!!! Forever.”
Heather Picchiottino, who has designed stage looks for Olivia Rodrigo and Katy Perry, created Cabello’s outfit. She wore a corset, bow-adorned fingerless gloves, a pink chainmail mini skirt, and satiny pink knee-high combat boots, which she later removed during the set.
