Chris Hemsworth has returned to his workout regime just days after marking his 42nd birthday in Ibiza. On Sunday, the actor posted a boxing video on Instagram, showing him back in training following a high-profile celebration with friends and loved ones.
In the clip, Hemsworth wore a black workout set as he sparred with his coach Luke Zocchi, who also represents the Centr fitness brand as a global ambassador. The session highlighted Hemsworth’s powerful build, with the star throwing punches and moving with ease. The lighthearted exchange also included laughter between the two. Hemsworth captioned the post, “Pick on someone your own size @zocobodypro.”

The couple has been spending much of the summer apart due to overlapping commitments. Pataky has been based in Spain for several weeks filming her upcoming series Matices, while Hemsworth has been occupied with his own projects and travels.
