With The Fantastic Four: First Steps very close to its release date, the cast has been making promotional appearances, the latest of which was an appearance by Pedro Pascal and Vanessa Kirby on Radio 1’s Going Home with Sam and Danni. In the segment, the duo answered questions from some of the youngest fans of the station. This led to some hilarious answers and chuckle-worthy results.
In the playful conversation, Vanessa Kirby also called Pedro Pascal’s burps “fantastic.” This sent a wave of laughter across the studio.

Throughout the segment, Vanessa Kirby and Pedro Pascal discussed a lot of hilarious topics and answered some fascinating questions from young listeners. The last question in the clip, however, was a special one.
9-year-old Penelope asked Pedro Pascal, “Is everything about you fantastic, even your burps?”
Of course, the question drew laughter from the two actors, but Vanessa Kirby half-seriously assured that, “Oh, your burps are fantastic.” Pedro Pascal also seemingly tried to join in but could not control his laughter. This also sent a wave of laughter around the studio.
But this highlights the amazing chemistry Pascal and Kirby have cultivated between them. This will be a key part of the upcoming Fantastic Four movie. In it, they play Reed and Sue, the Marvel power couple.
The movie additionally stars Ebon Moss-Bachrach, Joseph Quinn, Julia Garner, Natasha Lyonne, Paul Walter Hauser, and Ralph Ineson, among many others. It will be set on a different Earth from the one depicted in the previous Marvel movies.
However, it will still integrate the Fantastic Four into the established MCU for the next Avengers movie. The Fantastic Four: First Steps will release on July 25, 2025.
