Kanye West Accused of Sexual Assault by Former Assistant

Kanye West is facing new allegations from Lauren Pisciotta, his former personal assistant. Over a year after initially suing the rapper for sexual harassment, Pisciotta filed a second amended complaint on July 8, 2025. It expanded her accusations to include sexual assault, sexual battery, and other disturbing claims.

Kanye West allegations by former assistant explained

Pisciotta, who worked for Kanye West from 2021 until her termination in 2022, originally filed a lawsuit in June 2024. She alleged that West sent her explicit messages, pornographic images, and videos. Her latest filing, however, brings forth graphic and disturbing new details.

According to the amended complaint, Pisciotta accuses West of sexually assaulting her multiple times during her employment. One of the most severe allegations includes that he “orally raped her without her consent.” The document also claims he attempted to “vaginally penetrate her with his fingers” and frequently tried to kiss her against her will, then actually doing it once during a 2021 work trip to San Francisco.

In another incident described in the complaint, West allegedly exposed himself to Pisciotta, pushed her onto a bed, and assaulted her. The document states he “thrust his penis repeatedly into Ms. Pisciotta’s face against her will” and eventually “forced his penis into her mouth” despite her pleading for him to stop.

Beyond the alleged sexual assaults, Pisciotta claims West once locked her in a bedroom and forced her to watch him masturbate. She also says he grabbed her by the throat at a concert and harassed her. Furthermore, it accuses West of using a third party to file false emergency reports, leading to repeated, unwanted visits from police and government authorities to Pisciotta’s home.

West’s legal team has not publicly responded to the latest filing. However, a representative previously denied Pisciotta’s original claims, calling them “baseless” and accusing her of “blackmail and extortion.” They also stated the rapper would be pursuing legal action against her. (via People)

As of now, no charges have been filed, and West has not commented directly on the updated allegations. The civil case is ongoing.
