The My Life on the D-List star Kathy Griffin was recently spotted taking a stroll near her Los Angeles residence without any makeup. In the photos obtained by Page Six, Griffin can be seen walking around with a male friend of hers. The duo appears to be having a conversation. While Griffin went bare-faced and surprised her fans, what caught their attention the most was her hair.
Griffin, in most of her appearances, is known to don a hairstyle with red bangs and wavy hair. However, during the stroll, her red locks were pushed back, and her forehead was on full display. This follows another outing of hers over a month back, when she ditched the bangs. According to a report by the Daily Mail, that was Griffin’s first appearance after undergoing a hysterectomy.
While speaking about getting the procedure in April 2025, Griffin wrote in an Instagram post, “I had a hysterectomy on Friday. Pre-cancerous, blah blah blah.” Griffin further added that the procedure had led to the removal of her uterus, fallopian tubes, and ovaries. She also wrote in the caption, “Not to be an a——, but how do I NOT have a reality show to capture all of this??? I mean, you can’t write it. It’s too real.”
Griffin had previously shaved her head in 2017 in solidarity with her sister, Joyce, who had undergone chemotherapy. Since then, she was often seen wearing wigs.
