Blake Lively is turning heads with a nostalgic new ad that reunites her with a familiar face from the Upper East Side. Over a decade after Gossip Girl ended, the actress has teamed up with Zuzanna Szadkowski, who played Dorota, for a cheeky commercial promoting Lively’s canned cocktail brand, Betty Booze. The reunion nods to their CW roots while spotlighting the launch of two new vodka iced tea flavors.
Here’s how Blake Lively and Zuzanna Szadkowski revived Serena and Dorota and showcased Betty Booze’s latest expansion.

Blake Lively launched a new ad campaign for her canned cocktail brand, Betty Booze, on June 30, 2025. The campaign features a reunion with her Gossip Girl co-star Zuzanna Szadkowski.
The actresses, who played Serena van der Woodsen and Dorota Kishlovsky respectively on the CW series, appear in the video sitting together on a park bench, referencing their past characters and sharing drinks from Lively’s new vodka iced tea line.
The ad opens with a nod to Gossip Girl as an unseen onlooker snaps a photo of Lively. After removing their sunglasses, Lively teases, “You sound different,” to which Szadkowski responds, “Oh, allergies. I have tea.” Lively asks, “Good tea?” and Szadkowski replies, “Oh, the best tea,” before unveiling Betty Booze’s vodka iced teas in Meyer lemonade and passion fruit flavors.
Szadkowski describes the drinks as “balanced, crisp, nothing artificial” while pouring them into teacups. Lively adds, “Which is hard to find around these parts.” The actresses continue their banter, with Szadkowski calling one of the flavors “a naughty little b***h.” Lively responds, “So I’ve heard,” prompting Szadkowski to say, “I drank it on the walk over.” Lively replies, “I have missed you.”
Before leaving, Lively reveals sweatpants and Ugg boots under her outfit, referencing a viral Gossip Girl blooper from season 6. Szadkowski ends the scene in Dorota’s accent, saying, “Oh Miss Betty, you’re gonna get us in trouble.”
Lively’s Betty Booze line, an extension of her Betty Buzz mixers brand launched in 2021, added bourbon and tequila cocktails in 2023. She introduced the vodka iced tea range earlier in June, stating, “I come from a Southern family, so iced tea, especially in the summertime, is a staple.”
