While discussing his Fantastic Four role, Pascal revealed, “It’s been a dream to join the MCU.” He added that he prides himself on being the funny guy on the set. But when it comes to the Fantastic Four ensemble, he would rank fourth in terms of who is the most talented, funniest, or smartest.

Pascal added that he is not even being “modest.” The HBO star quipped, “I have never been around such talented f—— in my life. Joe (Joseph Quinn) is astonishing to me. Ebon (Ebon Moss-Bachrach) is one of the funniest.”

The Materialists star also praised Ebon’s talent of bringing “zingers” into conversations that show he has a writer’s mind. The actor saved the best compliment for last as he called his co-star Vanessa Kirby, who portrays Sue Storm/Invisible Woman in the story, a “force of nature.”

Pascal also disclosed how Kirby helped the actor get acclimated to the material. He explained, “She was a leader for me in terms of getting into the material like this, and making it, and elevating it as much as we could.” The Game of Thrones actor added that Kirby also helped him make their on-screen relationship look as “real as it possibly could be.”

Meanwhile, Kirby has also talked about Pascal in a recent Vanity Fair cover story. The Mission: Impossible star noted that Pascal’s main charm is his “immense vulnerability.” She noted, “He doesn’t have much armor, so he shows himself to you straight away, and you trust that person because he’s revealing himself to you in this very brave way.”
