Jessie J has updated fans on her breast cancer surgery. The 37-year-old singer-songwriter first shared her breast cancer diagnosis earlier this month. A few weeks later, she gave a performance at Wembley Stadium and told fans that it was her last show before beginning her battle with breast cancer.

Jessie J shared a series of photos and video clips about her breast cancer surgery on Instagram. They included an image of the singer’s breast containing markings made by doctors, deciding where her surgical incisions would take place, photos and videos showing her resting following the surgery, and snaps featuring her boyfriend Chanan Safir Colman and their 2-year-old son, Sky.
In one video, Colman could be seen performing a heartwarming and supportive gesture: kissing Jessie J’s forehead and lips, while the latter rested.
“‼️Blood warning‼️This post is some of the honest lows and highs of the last 48 hours,” the singer captioned the post. “I will always show the good and hard bits of any journey I go through.”
She then thanked the doctors who had cared for her and her friends and family members who had come to visit. “Still hugging everyone going through something tough right now,” she added. “We all got this!”
