Khadiyah “KD” Lewis, known for her time on Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta, has died at the age of 44, with news of her death confirmed recently. During her time on the show, she appeared in a high-profile storyline with rapper Yung Joc and later joined as a supporting cast member in Season 4.

Khadiyah “KD” Lewis, known for her appearance on Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta, died on May 30, 2025. She was 44 years old.

Her brother Jamaal “Jay” Lewis confirmed the news to The Shade Room on June 5. A cause of death has not been disclosed by the family.

Jay Lewis stated, “This has been an extremely emotionally devastating time. All prayers, condolences, and well wishes are sincerely appreciated.” He added that a Zoom memorial service will be held to celebrate her life. According to her obituary, a funeral will take place on June 11 at Earl M. Temple Memorial Chapel in Oklahoma City.

Her younger brother, Elijah Inegbedion, also paid tribute on Facebook. “Been at a lost for words for some days now. And to think that I’ll ever have the words to describe the person you’ve been and the legacy that you left behind would be erroneous,” he wrote. “Long Live my sister Khadiyah Lewis. You left behind a legacy most individuals can only dream of. Thank you for loving me the way you did and always having my back no matter what.”

Lewis appeared on Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta during seasons 3 and 4 as part of a storyline involving her relationship with rapper Yung Joc. Outside of the show, she identified on social media as an entrepreneur, speaker, consultant, accountant, and branding ambassador.

The Shade Room was the first to report her death, with the family requesting privacy and stating they would not comment on the cause. Elijah concluded his tribute with, “You are forever on my mind and in my heart. I love you!”
