During a recent appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Dakota Johnson opened up about her friendship with fellow actor Pedro Pascal. She described their bond as close, saying, “Pedro and I were homies, yeah. We actually do hang out all the time, when we’re in the same place.”
As part of the conversation, Fallon showed a photograph of Johnson and Pascal together at a Stevie Nicks concert in London. Pointing to the photo, Johnson revealed that the actor is wearing her clothes.
The Fifty Shades actress shared, “He’s wearing my — that’s my sweater.” Then, she adds, “He does that a lot. He takes my clothes. Yeah, he’s like always underdressed — well, I mean like he’s wearing a t-shirt, and it’s cold outside. Not like he forgot his pants.”
During the same interview, Johnson also experienced a minor wardrobe issue. Dressed in a striking black Ferragamo mini dress with long sleeves and a plunging neckline, she appeared visibly uncomfortable shortly after sitting down. “This is the wrong outfit,” she told Fallon.
While they tried to carry on with the interview, Johnson grew increasingly distracted by the dress. At one point, she asked Fallon to let her know if there was any issue. To this, Fallon replied with a laugh, “There’s almost a problem. But not quite.”
Johnson was on the show to promote her upcoming romantic comedy Materialists, in which she stars alongside Pedro Pascal and Chris Evans. Directed by Celine Song, the film follows Johnson’s character, a New York matchmaker who helps other people find love. However, she soon finds herself in a complicated romantic situation. Materialists is scheduled to release in theaters on June 13.
