One day before their wedding, the couple was spotted engaging in wedding rehearsals. In the photos, Steinfeld could be seen wearing an off white dress, while Allen donned a beige suit. Later, the duo had a dress change and were seen in more casual outfits.
As per People‘s report, Steinfeld and Allen’s families “were thrilled” by the couple’s engagement.
Steinfeld had earlier revealed in a cover story for Who What Wear that she was caught off-guard by Allen’s proposal in November 2024. However, she was “grateful” for the manner in which he proposed. “I’m so grateful that he did it the way he did so that I looked good,” the 28-year-old singer added. “And we have these photos that we’ll have and cherish for the rest of our lives that I’m not looking at being like, ‘What was I wearing?'”
Two months ago, a source close to Us Weekly reported that the couple’s wedding plans were “already underway,” and that they didn’t want a “long engagement” period. The source added that the couple had been “nailing down the logistics” and doing “location scouting” for their wedding. Further, they also mentioned that the wedding would be a “very intimate but extravagant event.”
